Power BI Service report visuals cannot retrieve data

I am using Power BI Services to create a Report from data in one of my Cosmos DB collections via the Azure Synapse Link. Initially, the report and all its visuals work just fine. After a few refreshes of the report I suddenly get and error on each visual that states "Error fetching data for this visual!"

I am unable to resolve it, but if I create a new report using the same Azure Synapse Link (Symantic model) there is no issue for a while and then it too starts to have the same error.

Error fetching data for this visual Cannot construct data type date, some of the arguments have values which are not valid. Statement ID: {36AD5873-675C-47E2-BD81-DE3601B48361} | Query hash: 0x59E15AE36EDB1533 | Distributed request ID: {4FA9580B-4906-467F-9250-D407FD209718}. Total size of data scanned is 3 megabytes, total size of data moved is 0 megabytes, total size of data written is 0 megabytes.. The exception was raised by the IDataReader interface. Please review the error message and provider documentation for further information and corrective action. Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details.

I can no longer open a Sev C support request under Azure even though I pay for Developer support which I think is a violation of my support contract that I pay for..
