Urgent: Locked Out of College Account Due to Microsoft Authenticator Issue
Dear Microsoft Support,
I recently changed my phone and, unfortunately, didn’t back up the Microsoft Authenticator App on my old device. Now, without access to my old phone, I have no way to recover the authenticator codes.
As a college student, this issue has completely locked me out of my account, preventing me from accessing my emails, learning materials, and any communication with my college. Every login attempt asks for a code from the Authenticator, but when I try to set it up on my new phone, I end up stuck in a loop with no way to generate the required code.
I have already reached out to Microsoft support but haven’t received a response from the technical team. This issue is extremely frustrating and is directly affecting my studies. I urgently need assistance in regaining access to my account.
Could you please help me resolve this as soon as possible?
