Hi @Wang Meihua ,
Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.
I see your Azure Pipelines deployment to Azure China was running smoothly until February 17th, 2025, and then you started facing errors. Even though Azure Pipelines usually works fine in Azure China, recent issues might be causing these problems.
On February 26th, 2025, at 16:48 UTC, there was an incident with Managed Service Identities (MSI) in Azure. Users had trouble creating, updating, deleting, and requesting tokens for Managed Identities. They were looking into it and suspected it was a certificate issue. More details are on the Azure Status page,azure.status.microsoft
While this incident was reported on February 26th, it's possible that related problems started earlier, maybe around February 17th, which matches when your deployment issues began.
To figure out if this incident or any other changes are causing your deployment errors,
Look at the Azure Status History for any incidents around February 17th, 2025, that might have impacted your services.
Check your deployment logs for any error messages or codes that could point to the cause.
Let me know if you have any further assistances.
