We have network printers. It is connected to all the users via wireless connection. And it's mostly offline for some users.

Our network is setup this way:

Printers : 10.10.0.1/24

Laptops and Desktops : 10.20.0.1/24

My temporary solution is to Stop and Restart the print spooler from time to time, and it will work again temporarily. This is my everyday struggle.

My suspicion might be because the user is not shutting down their devices, especially those laptop users. They just close the laptop lid, then time out. Lol

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

Based on the information you provided, I suggest you refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:

    1. Make sure the firewall does not block the communication between the printer and the server. It is recommended that you try to turn off the firewall first.

2.Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners. - Select the printer, click Manage, and then select Set as default.

I hope the information above is helpful.

    Best regards

    Zunhui
