Based on the information you provided, I suggest you refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
- Make sure the firewall does not block the communication between the printer and the server. It is recommended that you try to turn off the firewall first.
2.Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners. - Select the printer, click Manage, and then select Set as default.
