I would suggest that you drain the current account being debited of all the funds it has, and on the next deduction, when it fails, it would automatically try deducting from your MS azure sponsored subscription
Why Are My Founder's Hub Credits Not Being Used?
We have been using Azure services to develop our cloud application for several years, using a "pay-as-you-go" plan. A few months ago, I applied to the MS Founder's Hub and was granted $5,000 in Azure credits. I linked our Azure account to the Founder's Hub, and indeed, I can see that our "pay-as-you-go" plan has been made inactive, and a Sponsorship plan is now active, which I thought was correct:
However, we are still seeing charges come through our account:
And our Founder's Hub shows that zero credits have been used:
Can someone please tell me if I've done anything wrong, or what department of MS to contact to get this sorted out??

If you have many resources, you can create multiple resources to better manage resources and connect all the groups to the same subscription.

2025-03-03T20:39:19.72+00:00 Thanks for the input. It turned out to be something quite arcane. Somewhere along the line apparently our Azure subscription was transferred from the "Modern platform" to the "Legacy platform" (according to the MS support engineer - we have no recollection of doing this, but who knows). In order to get our Founder's Hub to work, they said they had to move the account back to the "Modern platform", which we authorized them to do. According to them it should now work - will know in a month.
Very obscure.
