Not able to login to Azure Account

Question

Hi All, I lost my previous phone, which had the Microsoft authenticator, and now I cannot log in to my Azure account. It needs either code or push notification on the authenticator app. I am a single user, which means I am not using any organization account. Tried to contact help support on 855-270-0615 but was not able to get hold of any real agent. Completely frustrated now. Can't find the support email because to generate a support ticket, I first have to log in. No other option available. Don't know whom to ask for support and help, and it's so frustrating.

You can go to security page- https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info and delete your old mobile information

Once you have deleted old mobile info, please click on add sign and add details again by clicking on add sign in

Once you click on add sign in , you will be able to see steps to add authentication
