I am the global admin for returns directory and there were many times when users could not log in

I am the global admin for ReturnsDirectory. There were several times during the last week when users could not log in at all and later they could. The time lines are Tuesday, February 18th, around 4 pm, and it worked again the following morning.

Tuesday, February 25th, in the afternoon didn't work at all. It didn't work on Wednesday the 26th but returned on Thursday morning.

Friday, February 28th, around 12:30 pm, I couldn't log in and still can't log in.

I also have a video of the time when they could not log in

I understand Users in the ReturnsDirectory tenant have experienced intermittent login issues, where they were unable to log in on multiple occasions, but the issue was later resolved. However, you are now facing the same problem again and are currently unable to log in.

To better understand and troubleshoot the issue, could you please provide the following details?

Are you seeing any specific error messages or warnings when attempting to log in? If so, please share the details.

Did users take any actions to resolve the issue, or did access restore automatically?

Are all users impacted, or only specific ones?

Have there been any recent changes in your environment, such as policy updates or authentication settings?

No it just shows the login screen. I also looked at the sign in logs and there is no entry for the times when they experienced the problems. Does that mean that the request never reached its destination

This problem has occurred three times. The users would try to log in and the response would be to show the same screen. Usually the problem would resolve itself the next day. Also as to your question about all users, at this time I have only one set of users and they are all at the same location. I have a video of a time when this occurred and I can send it to you

There have been no policy changes that I know of.
