Error! I can't create a new sandbox

Good morning,

I mistakenly deleted my developer account and my Microsoft 365 Sanbox was deactivated.

As it says in the email that arrives after you have eliminated the sandbox, it is an irreversible action but once 60 days have passed it is possible to re-register only that I cannot always show the old subscription without the possibility of creating a new one, what can I do?
