I am looking to deploy a Windows VM in Ireland but it is not listed as a location?

I am looking to create a Windows Data Centre VM but it needs to be located in Ireland, however is not listed as a location. Can anyone help?

For Ireland you would select North Europe. Please download data residency geography list pdf
