Team,

I have successfully set up and synchronized users from our on-premises Active Directory to Azure AD. As part of the next step, I am working on syncing these users to Azure Databricks. SCIM provisioning has been configured, and a few users have been added for testing. However, the users are not reflecting in Databricks.

Additionally, the provisioning logs do not provide sufficient details for troubleshooting. Could you please assist in resolving this issue?

Did you verify if the Azure AD SCIM configuration for Databricks is including the Tenant URL (https://<databricks-instance>/api/2.0/preview/scim/v2/) and Secret Token (matching Databricks' token)?

Try to check the Provisioning Status in Azure AD under Enterprise Applications > Your Databricks App > Provisioning for errors

Or try manually trigger a sync, and verify users in Databricks; if issues persist, review provisioning logs for specific errors.
