Unable to remove Greyed Out accounts from Microsoft Authenticator in Samung S24

I am having Samsung S24 in which i've installed MS Authenticator app. Now, Due to some reason, i can see greyed out account when i open the open. On remove them, it comes back again within 1-2 seconds. Tried looking in 'Manage Accounts' option,There too, I can find those accounts in order remove them. Can anyone help me in the stuff the greyed items from there?

    Hello,

    I suggest you try to delete those greyed out accounts through your phone account management. Go to your phone\settings\accounts... You will find the same accounts there and you can delete them. This will remove them from your authenticator app.
