You can try the following steps to troubleshoot the problem:
- Check that the VM template is in the "off" state in the Hyper-V manager. If the template does not close correctly, try restarting the template and closing it again.
- Ensure that the cluster is correctly configured and no cluster communication problems occur. Check the cluster log for errors or warnings. At the same time, check the communication status between RDVH and RD Connection Broker and Hyper-V server.
- Make sure all network drivers and firmware are up to date.
