attempt to update windows 11 last September failed

I did the upgrade before from windows 10 to 11 all worked

upgraded then to 2022 my printers failed, an assistant on line from similar forum suggested that I reset the printers from 1 and 2 to 3 and 4. Both worked well (HP devices)

2023 blocked my system I have to use a windows10 laptop to use printers/scanner.

All are connected with Cat 5e or 6 cables.

Windows 10, uses them well as originally expected, as do Apple devices (iPhones 11 iPad Pro) both Apple devices connect wirelessly.

Multiple attempts searching for help from HP, Dell and Microsoft have failed online. Looking again, I've found a forum from HP that listed printer ColorLaserJet Pro M277dw but not LaserJetPro 400 color dw.

Any advice?

    Hello,

Have you tried updating the printer driver to the latest version? If not, you can download the latest driver for your specific printer model from the printer manufacturer's website.

Also updating the driver does not solve the problem, you can try resetting the printer to default settings.

If the problem still cannot be solved, could you please provide us with any relevant errors when connecting to the printer? If so, please upload it here, and also explain the Windows 11 system version.

I've tried to get a new driver for the printers with failure several times. I'll try the reset of printers
