Server 2022 - WSUS(Online/Offline) odd behaviour

Hi

I'm testing WSUS export from one network to another offline network.
So i got a online WSUS and a offline WSUS.
All the products and classification are the same on both servers.

On online WSUS server i have about 30gb size on WSUSContent folder, same on the offline.
When i import the name.xml.gz and name.log file i get the correct metadata and updates to approve(Express installation files is not selected).
Still i have some mystery 200gb to download(It cannot and dosent download it) ?
