Unable to connect to Windows Server 2022 with Microsoft Remote Desktop Android App

I have 4 machines running Windows Server 2022. Two are HP ProLiant Gen8 Microservers and two are Firebat MiniPCs.

I am able to connect to one of the HP ProLaint machines by Remote Desktop but the other 3 I get Error 0x104.

I can connect from any of the 5 PCs and laptops in the house running Windows 10 to all 4 of the Windows Server 2022 machines by Remote Desktop.

I have tried with 3 Android phones and 1 tablet and its the same on all. I've tried changing the setting:
Require user authentication for remote connections by using Network Level Authentication and setting it to disabled.

Still not working.

Can anyone help please?

Many thanks!

    Hello,

Your problem is that you can connect to the server normally from the Windows 10 client, but not from the Android client, right? May I Know your server working environment?

First, make sure that the user account you are using has Remote Desktop access permissions. Add the Android client user to the Remote Desktop Users group.

Additionally, ensure that there is network connectivity between the server and client. If using a VPN, make sure your Android device is properly connected to the VPN.

It is also necessary to check the server's security settings to ensure that no IP addresses are blocked or have restricted access.

    I hope this helps.

    Best regards
