I am not able to download the Microsoft SQL Server. how do I publish the Power BI dashboards using the Desktop version?

Hello,

I am Swarna. I am not able to download the Microsoft SQL Server. Please Assist me. It opens a command prompt, and I'm not sure what to write on that.

Also, how do I publish the Power BI dashboards using the Desktop version? How to do it?

I am not working for any organization.
