Bitlocker USB recovery key not in Windows account

Hello,

I lost the password for an SD card with Bitlocker USB on, and the recovery key isn't found in my account.

Can you please assist?

    You can try to check other locations that your recovery key might be stored in by following the steps in Find your BitLocker recovery key - Microsoft Support. If you have multiple Microsoft accounts, it is recommended log into them one by one to check if the key persists.

    **Important:**Microsoft Support is unable to provide, or recreate, a lost BitLocker recovery key.
