There are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
- Ensure that Remote Desktop is enabled on the remote machine.
- Check if the Remote Desktop service is running on the remote machine. Run "services.msc" and look for the "Remote Desktop Services" and "Remote Desktop Configuration" services and make sure they are running.
- Make sure that the user account you are using to connect has Remote Desktop access permissions on the remote machine.
- Check the Computer IP address. If the remote computer is using a dynamic IP, make sure that the current IP is the one you're using to connect.
