I have a client running Windows Server 2016 Essentials with Anywhere Access configured for remote user access. If I upgrade them to 2022 Server Standard will Anywhere Access feature be removed?

    Hello,

When upgrading from Windows Server 2016 Essentials to 2022 Standard, the Anywhere Access feature will not be available as it is exclusive to the Essentials edition. However, the core functionalities of remote access can be achieved through other methods in Windows Server 2022 Standard, such as Remote Desktop Services (RDS). Users can remotely access resources on the server using Remote Desktop Connection clients.
