My company is a small company without an IT Department. Recently the shared drives we used to access folders utilized by everyone disappeared from my computer. I have not been able to find any fixes or locations on the computer to find the folders.

    Hello,

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check if the shared drives are still mapped to your computer: You can do this by opening File Explorer and checking if the shared drives are listed under "This PC". If they're not listed, you can try mapping the drives again by right-clicking on "This PC" and selecting "Map network drive".
2. Check if the network discovery and file sharing settings are turned on: You can do this by going to Settings > Network & Internet > Sharing options. Make sure that network discovery and file sharing are turned on.

    Best regards

    Zunhui
