Dear Azure Support,

I am reaching out regarding our account, which has been locked for almost a month. Unfortunately, despite following up on the emails we've received, the responses have not been helpful in resolving the issue.

This situation is severely impacting our development team's progress as we are unable to proceed with critical tasks. Furthermore, attempts to register a new account have been unsuccessful due to phone number verification issues. We've tried using multiple numbers but continue to encounter the same problem.

We urgently need assistance to resolve this matter as it is a significant blocker for our operations.
