Logged out due to inactivity and now i cant log back in

Hi I've been trying to log in the same way I have these past few months and this is the first time I've encountered this. Got logged out automatically for inactivity then now i am not able to log back in. It says remote desktop is currently busy. Pls help this is my job

    In order to address this problem effectively, we need to collect additional information:

    If one or more users disconnect their remote desktop sessions, can you connect again?

    User receives Remote Desktop Service is currently busy message on connecting - Windows Server | Microsoft Learn
