Hyper-V Virtual Machine Logs off/Disconnects after a few seconds with Enhanced Session Mode

I have Hyper-V running on a 64-Bit Windows 11 machine with 64GB memory. I've created a few virtual machines also running Windows 11. Everything had been working fine. Then about a week ago, when I logged in with any of the vm's, it would log me out/disconnect after about 10 seconds. The vm is still running, and I can re-connect/re-login, but it just disconnects after a few seconds again. Disabling "Enhanced Session Mode", through "Hyper-V Settings..." -> User -> Enhanced Session Mode lets me log in and stay connected. But then I can't use multiple monitors.
