Hi,
Thanks for posting here.
Since the situation happens right after rebooting, we suspect this issue caused from DNS. Here`s few troubleshooting you might refer to:
Restart the DNS service: Restarting the DNS service on your server may help resolve any temporary issues. Open the "Services" console, locate the DNS service, and restart it.
Clear DNS cache: Open the Command Prompt as an administrator and run the following command: ipconfig /flushdns
Verify DNS settings: In the network adapter settings, set the preferred DNS server to the appropriate IP address. You mentioned using 127.0.0.1, which is the loopback address. If you're running a DNS server on the same machine, this should be fine. Otherwise, make sure to use the correct DNS server IP address provided by your DNS service provider.
Check network binding order: Windows uses a network binding order to determine the priority of network adapters. It's possible that the order is causing the issue. To adjust the network binding order, follow these steps:
Open "Network Connections" or "Network and Sharing Center."
Go to the "Advanced" menu and select "Advanced Settings."
In the "Adapters and Bindings" tab, make sure the network adapter you want to prioritize is listed first.
Please kindly inform if you`ve already tried with nothing happening, we will help to further the investigation.
Best Regards,
Karlie
