Windows Administrator / Windows Autopilot can't open settings.

Hello,

I'm hoping someone can help me solve an issue I've had on the back burner for quite a while now.

So we have a fleet of laptops that are all windows autopilot machines managed by Intune, and we have a bunch of administrators (not global administrators) that can login to any laptop and their account has local admin rights where as the users don't.

So here's where the issue arises, my account and only mine for some reason even though it has all the same privileges the other administrators have and more as well as global admin rights I cannot do basically anything locally on the laptop when logged in using my admin account, If I open settings it does nothing (on occasion it may flash up and instantly close down), dell support assist does nothing, I can open CMD as admin as well as control panel however once I'm in control panel most things take you to ms-settings now.

Any input would be greatly appreciated - I did contact Microsoft support but they were unable to assist with the issue.

I do also have logs pulled from event viewer that showed that something strange was going on, however I don't have them to hand at the moment so will update this when I next have them.

Thanks in advance!
