We had a business account where we used the business phone and business email for the Microsoft Account. We closed the business and no longer have access to the business email or phone number we used for account recovery. Our laptop crashed several days ago and when it came back up it was asking for a Bitlocker recovery key, which we don't have because we CAN'T LOGIN to the Microsoft Account...my husband has forgotten his email password and has now been locked out of the account due to too many failed attempts.
We have tried the recovery options provided and Microsoft says we didn't supply enough information. HELP! There has to be a way we can provide more information so we can sign in to the Micorosft Account to get the Bitlocker recovery key, so we can LOGIN to our computer! We are literally going in circles and would really appreciate it if anyone can provide assistance or information.
