Hi Wan Ammar Haikal,
Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community Forums.
It is possible that there is a problem with the network connection and you need to check the network connection.
Verify that the network connection between WIN-SRV2 and WIN-SRV1 is working. You can try pinging the IP address or host name of WIN-SRV1 to check network connectivity.
If the servers are located in different physical locations, check if the network cables, switches, routers, and other network devices are working properly.
It is also possible that some ports are not open.
DNS port (UDP/TCP 53)
LDAP port (TCP 389)
Kerberos port (UDP/TCP 88)
Ensure that WIN-SRV1 is configured as a domain controller and that the domain name is set correctly. You can check the domain and trust relationship on WIN-SRV1 to confirm that it is running as a domain controller.
Ensure that the DNS servers are able to resolve the domain name of WIN-SRV1. You can run nslookup WIN-SRV1 or nslookup yourdomain.com (replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain name) on WIN-SRV2 to check if the DNS resolution is successful.
Here's a guide article on add domain errors that you can follow to troubleshoot errors.
Best regards
