We have successfully installed the necessary libraries and packages for the installation of MS SQL Server 2019 by using
the following tutorial for our Linux Rocky 9.2 system. Please see https://www.howtoforge.com/how-to-install-ms-sql-server-on-rocky-linux/

But, there is an issue regarding the status of the MS SQL service which we trying to run by terminal command:
sudo systemctl status mssql-server

when we go through the log error, it is like :
/opt/mssql/bin/sqlservr: error while loading shared libraries: liblber-2.4.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Setup has completed successfully. SQL Server is now starting.

We had also installed the above libraries, which could be the issue.
