How can I retrieve my Windows Server's licenses? Volumen Licensing Centre is not working anymore.

Hello, good day.

How can I retrieve all my Windows Server licenses and codes from the old Volume Licensing website?

I tried to login with my work credentials and it enters on a loop and doesn't let me get in or retrieve my key codes.

We have some servers that we need to reinstall and we only have:
Authorization Numer
Purchase date
License Number
Microsoft invoice

Do you have any option to get this info?

Thanks in advance.

    Hello  Ruben Cammalleri,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community forum.

If you're unable to retrieve your licenses through the VLSC, you can try contacting Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center support directly. They should be able to assist you with retrieving your licenses. You can find their contact information on the Microsoft Volume Licensing website.

Additionally, if you have your Authorization Number, Purchase Date, License Number, and Microsoft Invoice, you can use the Microsoft Licensing Activation Centers to activate your licenses.

You can find more information on how to do this on the Microsoft Volume Licensing website as well.

I hope the information above is helpful.

If you have any question or concern, please feel free to let us know.

    Best Regards,

    Haijian Shan
