KB5041578 is causing the issue. Uninstall the KB and reboot the server.

Hi,
Windows Server 2019 running very slow. more 60% Hard disk are empty.
Firewall is ok, all hardware's are also fine.
since I have updated my server from last windows stack updates, it's running very slow.
