    Most of these 'fixes' were the same and was suggesting to disable NLA - not a possibility.

    This ended up being a silly issue - Plugging in the gemalto smart card before the driver was installed. I uninstalled the software, removed the devices from device manager, reinstalled the software, replugged in the token, and now its working.

    Yes. Its a known issue that rdp isn't working well for everyone with 22h2 :)
