Server 2019 forgot to deactivate key

I forgot to deactivate my key before re-installing Windows Server 2019 on the same machine. Now i get the error that the product key does not work and the error 0xc004f050. This is Windows Server 2019 standard edition. Any hints?

    Hi Robert Stevens1,

    error 0xc004f050 occurs because the product key is already in use on another installation.

    To resolve this issue, you will need to contact Microsoft support and explain the situation. They will be able to assist you with deactivating the product key on the previous installation and activating it on the new installation.
