Major Issues when installing Windows 11 LTSC version

Question

Hello there, whenever i try to install the Windows 11 IoT Enterprise 2024 on My PC, it shows the windows icon but with no loading bar and then my pc restarts. And If i also try to install the Windows 11 from the setup like from the older version of windows, it finishes and then restarts and reverts to the previous windows and then i get the error message: 0xC1900101 - 0x20017 The installation failed in the safe_os phase with an error during boot operation.

The specs are listed below

Core 2 Quad Q9650 3.0ghz

8GB RAM DDR2

AMD Radeon HD 6450

I ensured to update the bios and each and everything but still it didn't worked :(

0xC1900101 is a generic rollback code, and usually indicates that an incompatible driver is present. 

0xC1900101 - 0x20017 indicates a driver has caused an illegal operation. Windows wasn't able to migrate the driver, resulting in a rollback of the operating system. This is a SafeOS boot failure, typically caused by drivers or non-Microsoft disk encryption software. This can also be caused by a hardware failure.

To resolve it, you will need to ensure all that drivers are updated. If the issue persists, please open the Setuperr.log and Setupact.log files in the %windir%\Panther directory, and then locate the problem drivers.
