RemoteApp stays minimized when Host has Prioritize H.264/AVC

Hi,

Windows 2019 RDSH w/ published RemotApps

After enabling
Prioritize H.264/AVC 444 graphics mode for Remote Desktop Connections
Configure H.264/AVC hardware encoding for Remote Desktop Connections

RemoteApps stays minimized on clients.
If I attempt to "maximize" them through the Task Manager, I can see a tiny image, 99% compressed, on the upper left corner.

Hi,

I did lab test in my environment and replicated the issue. Once disabling or not configuring the mentioned policies, the remoteapp can be opened correctly. I am not sure if it is because the clients cannot use H.264/AVC.

May I know why you would like to enable these two policies?

If you must use them, I would like to recommend posting your requirement to the remote desktop service uservoice.
