How to refresh the cache of OfficeOnline to file manually

From the editable state to the read-only state, it is found that the editing content is lost. Is it because the cache isn‘t written?I built it locally.

    << How do you set the state from the editable to read-only?

    If you set the state back to editable state, will the editing content display?

    Besides, if this issue occurs each time the state is changed, it is recommended to use PowerShell command to restore the default cache location C:\ ProgramData \ Microsoft \ OfficeWebApps \ Working to check this issue.
