Does the problem occur before the machines joined to domain?
Or does the problem occur after the local user account sign in the machines?

You can try to check if there are any GPO settings that make the apps gets installed automatically.

For checking Computer Configuration within gpresult, we can follow steps below.

Logon this machine using administrator account.

Open CMD (run as Administrator).

Type gpresult /h C:\gpo.html and click Enter.

Open gpo.html and check gpo setting under "Computer Details".

For checking User Configurations within gpresult, we can follow steps below.

Logon the machine using normal domain user account (that applies this gpo).

Create a folder named F1 in C drive.

Open CMD (do not run as Administrator).

Type gpresult /h C:\F1\gpo.html and click Enter.

Open gpo.html and check if there are these gpo settings under "User Details".

Thanks for your response.

There is no GPO available for this particular thing. As it is a windows 11 feature it gets installed along with the App packages for any new users.

Also, same behavior noticed before and after joining the domain as it is a default packages of windows 11.

Do you mean no matter the win 11 is in workgroup or in the domain, or no matter the local user signs in the machine or domain user signs in the machine, it will be the same result?

Does it occur on all the win11 OS client machines?
