    Hello Eric Speaks,

Thank you for posting on the Microsoft Community Forum.

What accounts are you talking about?

    You can try:

Log in to your ERIC account (if you don't already have an account, you may need to register first).

Search for "My Account", "Account Settings" or similar options, usually found on the account information page.

In the account settings, search for options such as "Certificate Management", "Security Certificate", or "Link Certificate".

Upload your certificate file (usually in. cer or. pem file format) according to the instructions.

If your certificate already has a serial number or requires other authentication information, make sure to provide this information.

Follow the prompts to complete the linking process.

If you encounter difficulties during the operation, or if the specific steps are different from the above, we suggest that you refer to ERIC's official help document or contact ERIC's customer support for more detailed guidance.

I hope you the information above is helpful.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know.

    Best Regards,

    Daisy Zhou
