Hello
Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community forum.
Error code 43 for a graph card usually means this graph card is broken. You may need to choose another graph card to install. I'm sorry to say that.

Hi,
I've been dealing with Display Driver erorrors for the past month, and I can't find any solution on fixing it.
First off,
Display Driver started giving me problems after a Windows Update *don't remember which exactly, but just to summarize it, when I open Device Manager now instead of 1 driver I see 2 in Use.
Vega 8 Graphics gives me this error everytime I boot up my pc
And when enabling the Radeon RX 580 series driver my monitor starts acting up (ie: Flickering, weird glitches, and so on).
It only stops when this specific driver is disabled, but due to it being disabled that means I have 0-2 fps in games, and all I can really do is Listen to music or scroll on google.
I have tried all the Answers to related problems created by ZigZag3143 but to no avail, (Allthough I'm using Windows 11, I followed these steps as I couldn't find any steps related to Windows 11)

I have also tried to uninstall the drivers and reinstall them, in safe mode, in regular mode, nothing happened.
I've used DDU to remove unwanted driver files, still nothing happened.
I should also mention that I'm on a fresh Windows 11 copy I have nothing of mine downloaded except the Opera GX just to try and find solutions to fix this thing.
When I opened Device Manager it was already selected in Display Adapters the previous Drivers " "
Which I did not reinstall this time around. * So just keep in mind that the Display adapters listed above were already there before I tried to install again my graphic's card Drivers. *
Like a Hour later I tried installing the AMD-Software-PRO-edition-22-win10-win11-nov15 Driver listed on AMD's Site and when the Installing finished I got the Error 207 ( Error 207 – AMD Software Installation Completed Successfully but Windows Detected a Potential Issue with Your Graphics Device )
I've also followed every step shown on AMD's Site still to no avail.
