Based on the description, I understand your question is related to cannot access computer.
- Restart your computer using the boot keys specific to your device. These keys vary, but common ones include F8, F12, or Esc. Refer to your device’s documentation or search online for the correct key combination.
Once your device restarts, open Command Prompt in Administrator mode.
Run the following two commands:
shutdown /r /o
shutdown /r /f /t 00
After the reboot, try enter your device with your password.
- If you can access your device after the reboot, reset your PIN:
Go to Start > Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options.
Turn on Use my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up after an update if available.
Then, reset your PIN.
