group policy issue the system connot find the path specified error when we open group policy

when we open group policy console, system cannot find the path specified

we had new server we promoted as a pdc and before one server was running and we kept in shutdown state and demoted

same issue facing in group policy when we open .

1.Please check the number of the domain controllers in your domain. Please check the AD replication by running commands below on PDC.

repadmin /showrepl >C:\rep1.txt
repadmin /replsum >C:\rep2.txt

repadmin /showrepl * /csv >c:\repsum.csv

2.Did you mean when you open Group Policy Management then you got the error "the system cannot find the path specified"?

Or did you mean when you edit Group Policy object then you got the error "the system cannot find the path specified"?

3.Did you have the same issue when you edit other group policy object?
