2.You can find your Windows product key here.

Find your Windows product key - Microsoft Support

3.Then your server is running an evaluation version of Windows Server Standard or Datacenter edition, you can convert it to an available retail version based on the steps below.

HI Team,

I need to run upgrade of windows server 2016 to 2019 and Windows server 2016 is running with Standard edition, if I want to perform in-place upgrade it is showing me it will not save any kind of setting due to version difference.

So, I need to download full edition of windows server 2019 at least standard.

We already have license key for 2019 editions.

That does not work Daisy you cannot do and in place upgrade from 2012r2 to 2019 with the eval ISO. So how do we get the ISO for 2019 stadard if we already have licenses?
