Complete replication of customized user on many other new accounts on the same server

Hi to all!
On the same Windows Server 2022 I create many users, I configure the first one well and I would like to use a solution to replicate all the customizations regarding applications and settings including registry values in the other created accounts.
I know of a third-party tool that creates a duplicate that is identical to the copied one, except for the name.

When you log in with a new account, you will find everything exactly as if it were the first original account.
Everything: window sizes, colors and sounds, obviously all the MRUs, screens, menus, printers and peripherals connected or used, links and connections between applications or between application and ftp addresses, https, ports,... anything.
I ask you if Microsoft now has its own solution, perhaps with a specific script, or if you always recommend such third-party software.

Hello!

How about using GPOs to configure and manage user settings and configurations? You can use GPOs to enforce specific settings and restrictions on user accounts.

Also have you tried manually copy or robocopy the template profile folder to the new user's profile directory?
