    For your information safety, don't expose your personal information in the forum.

    Make sure that Bitlocker recovery key is entered correctly, you can refer this link to find Bitlocker recovery key:

    Find your BitLocker recovery key - Microsoft Support

    If you still can't enter the correct recovery key, the only solution is to reinstall or format.

    **Important:**Microsoft Support is unable to provide, or recreate, a lost BitLocker recovery key.
