Hi,

I am a part time worker with one day off every week. I have marked this day as "out of office" in my Outlook calendar. However I regularly get invited to recurring daily standup meetings. Is there a way to automatically decline occurrences of these meetings on my day off without also declining the remaining occurrences? I don't want to receive meeting reminders on my day off.

I have already tried the solution posted at https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/how-to-auto-respond-auto-decline-meetings-outside/8367740b-10ab-49cd-aab4-213ae7a4bd25 but this will decline all occurrences of a recurring meeting that has an occurrence on my day off. This is not what I'm looking for, I still want to attend the meeting occurrences on my work days.

At the moment I'm manually deleting meeting occurrences on my day off. This is silly work and time consuming as well for projects that last several months. There should be a way to just decline meeting occurrences only on my out of office day.

Any suggestions?

    Hi @Erwin S ,
We understand you would like to decline part of recurring meeting automatically, is it right?
If so, plelase kindly understand the recurring meeting is actually a complete series in Outlook, which means we may not be able to accept or decline part of it only in Outlook now. For your requirement of this feature, it's suggested to vote this idea in outlook uservoice, which is the Official channel for the Outlook team to collect more good ideas from users and help improve our product.

And for your currently normal use, I'm afraid you need to delete them manually. As a tip, in order to save time, you could try to press Ctrl key to select multiple occurrences you would like to delete.

Hope that would be helpful to you.
