Printing "reboots" monitors

I have a Kyocera P2040dw attached through the network to a Windows 10 Pro PC running 2 monitors. Every time I print, 1 or both monitors shut off and then come back on. Are there any suggestions on where I should start troubleshooting? My IT department is at a loss and it is driving me crazy.

    Hello,

If the monitors are turning off specifically during printing, it might be worth checking the power settings on your computer. Sometimes power management settings can interfere with devices, especially if they are set too aggressively to save power.

Could you confirm which printer drivers you are using? It's important to ensure that you have the latest drivers installed for your Kyocera P2040dw, as outdated or incorrect drivers can sometimes cause unexpected behavior.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know.

    Best regards, Karlie
