Cannot Activate Windows Server 2022 Datacenter Azure Edition

Question

Hello,

I have a product key for Windows Server 2022 Datacenter Edition, which works fine on the same edition of the server.

However, I do have a server with "Windows Server 2022 Datacenter Azure Edition" and the same key does not work on that server.

Does Azure Edition require a separate key then the regular edition ?

Also, as troubleshooting step I have tried below items

1. Run SLUI 4 >> No output, Activation wizard does not open.
2. Run slmgr -ipk <My Product key> -->> This doesn't work either.
3. Running the Activation Troubleshooter mentions that Check your internet connection, but I am connected to the internet and can browse websites. My network Support mentioned all ports for windows activation are allowed as well. ( 0x80010105)
4. Opening a support case requires a Microsoft Support Plan, but this is just an activation issue that I want to figure out. I just need to know if I need a dedicated key for Azure Edition or is it something else.

Any help will be much appreciated.
