The RPC Server is unavailable on one of my Domain Controllers

Dear Support,
I am having this error on Domain Controller that says "RPC Server is Unavailable".
Kindly help me to resolve it.

Since The RPC server is unavailable is a common error which may caused by several reasons, may I know you encountered this error in what kind of scenarios?
Is there any related Event log in Event Viewer?
