    To upgrade to Windows 11, your device must meet the minimum system requirements set by Microsoft. These include a compatible processor, at least 4GB of RAM, and a TPM 2.0 chip.

    Unfortunately, your device with a 6th gen i5 and TPM 1.2 does not meet the minimum requirements for Windows 11. Therefore, you cannot upgrade to Windows 11 on this device.
