PXE not working for a secondary site

Hello, this is my first post.
one of my secondary site are having issues with pxe. I am using dhcp options and Enhanced http. After NBP download it reverts to the boot menu. smspxe.log has the below

I have tried to disable/enable PXE in DP properties. Also, tried removing and adding WDS. Have rebooted windows server after disabling pxe and removing wds. Also, renamed Remote Install to install it again while reinstalling wds. dhcp and sccm dp are on same subnet but 2 different servers. sccm version 2403, ADK - 10.0.26100.1. Any advise is greatly appreciated! Thank You!
