Pin Sharepoint to Quick Access on a RemoteApp

I need the users to have the possibility to save documents from a RemoteApp in the Sharepoint Location they have on the local Computer.

On the old file server they had the possibility, appeared in the save window the location \\server\etc

We migrated to the new solution (Sharepoint) now we have this problem.

I really wish there was a solution, so users don't have to save in C: and then copy from C: to the sharepoint

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft community forum.

Depending on the information you provided, in the old setup you could save files from RemoteApp directly to the location \server\etc (seems to be the network drive). May I know if you have tried to configure the RemoteApp environment to map SharePoint libraries as network drives, after migrating to SharePoint?

If you have completed this configuration and still can not save, please check the following configuration:

    1. Check that users have sufficient permissions to create and modify files in the SharePoint library.
    2. Check that the network drive is correctly mapped. You can try remapping the drive to make sure the correct URL and credentials are used.
    3. Check the Settings of the RemoteApp to make sure that the "Drive" option in "Local Resources" is enabled to allow access to local and network drives.

I'm not an engineer who specializes in SharePoint, but I recommend that you also seek help in the SharePoint Community, where there may be built-in features or configurations that can help you simplify synchronization.

    I hope this helps.

    Best regards

    Jacen
